These Terms govern your use of The Free Tarot (https://thefreetarot.com, the “Service”), operated by SUN CHEN (individual operator, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service Description

  • The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering online tarot draws, a daily card, a 78-card guide, and personal in-depth readings.
  • All readings are provided strictly for entertainment and self-reflection and never replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Accounts & Security

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Notify us immediately at support@thefreetarot.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing Authorization

  • Starlight Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription at US$2.99/month or US$24.99/year. Access begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes, and invoicing. By subscribing, you authorize Waffo Pancake on behalf of SUN CHEN to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancel anytime online via My Account → “Manage / Cancel Subscription” (Waffo Pancake customer portal) or by emailing support@thefreetarot.com. After canceling, you retain Premium access through the end of your current paid period with no further charges.
  • 7-Day Full Refund: Request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge by emailing support@thefreetarot.com. Duplicate charges are refunded in full, and outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours qualify for a pro-rata refund or extension. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Reading Content, Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

  • Your questions are used solely to generate your reading and (if signed in) save your history; they are never used for external commercial purposes. You may freely use the personal reading text generated for you.
  • Site illustrations, card texts, interface, and code are protected by copyright. You must not scrape outputs, bypass rate limits, or misuse the Service.

6. Disclaimers, Liability & Contact

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim (without affecting mandatory statutory consumer rights).
