Subscriptions to The Free Tarot (https://thefreetarot.com, operated by SUN CHEN) are processed by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
1. Cancel Anytime
- Cancel your auto-renewing subscription anytime in My Account → “Manage / Cancel Subscription” (Waffo Pancake portal) or by emailing support@thefreetarot.com. You will not be billed again, and your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
2. 7-Day Full Refund Guarantee
- If you are unsatisfied for any reason, email support@thefreetarot.com within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge with your account email and order ID for a 100% refund.
- We respond within 2 business days, and refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
3. Billing Errors, Outages & Statutory Rights
- Duplicate charges are always refunded in full. If the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, we provide a pro-rata refund or subscription extension.
- Charges older than 7 days are otherwise non-refundable, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under your local law (such as EU/UK withdrawal rights). Please contact us before filing a bank chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
