A practice for this pair

Keep a dream or worry journal for two weeks and look for the patterns; naming them shrinks them.

18 · The Moon

Shadows and half-truths blur the landscape ahead. Move slowly and rely on deep intuition rather than surface appearances.

Wait for the light; check before you trust.

9 · The Hermit

Step back from the crowd to reflect in quiet solitude. Your inner lantern shines brightest when you give yourself space to listen.

Switch off the noise and ask yourself what you are really seeking.
